Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Creator Cosmos, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please review our policy below.
1. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Before Shipment:
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at support@creatorcosmos.com as soon as possible.
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped.
- If your order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Cancellation of Digital Products:
- Digital product purchases, such as courses or downloadable content, cannot be canceled once the purchase is complete.
2. Refund Policy
Physical Products:
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging intact.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at support@creatorcosmos.com with your order details. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Digital Products:
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital product purchases.
Courses and Memberships:
- If you are not satisfied with a course or membership, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@creatorcosmos.com. We will review your request and, at our discretion, may offer a partial or full refund.
3. Refund Process
Refund Approval:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Method:
- Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@creatorcosmos.com.
4. Exchanges
Defective or Damaged Items:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@creatorcosmos.com with your order details.
